Producr Description

Besides of face mask production line, we have nose wire production line. Normally speed is 20m/min.

For face mask, normally consists of 5 parts like below:

1. Blue non-woven fabric: PP spunbond
Adult size cut into 170 to 175 MM
Density from 18 GSM to 25 GSM
2. Filter material: meltblown fabric
Usually 25 GSM is used normally, please use one or two layers.
3.White non-woven fabric
Adult size cut into 190 to 195 MM
Density from 18 GSM to 25 GSM
4.Plastic nose line
100% PE, width 3MM
The all-plastic nose line is made of 100% PE, which is environmentally friendly and low cost.
The all-plastic nose line can be fixed on the nose well, so there will be no gap between the mask and the face, so that the mask can work effectively and the molding effect is better.
5. Round elastic band
For the comfort of the wearer, it is best to choose elastic bands made of spandex and polyester.
Diameters from 2.5 to 2.8 MM
